You are wrong! This type of diet will stimulate your metabolism to slowdown, which will than lead to fatigue, decreasing of your libido, and can even cause depression. In addition, starvation eventually has to stop, and melted pounds will just come back like a boomerang. Junk food, unbalanced calorie portions and consuming to excessive meals at the wrong day time are the main cause of accumulated fat in our body. Starvation or diets that completely eject certain food or groups of food from the menu may do more harm than good. Instead of completely removing some ingredients, such as food rich with carbohydrates, you should focus on entering whole grains - they are one of the main dietary sources of complex carbs that present the main "fuel" for our body. For achieving a good well- being it takes time and commitment, as well as for any other goal that you set in life.

Unfortunately, today most of us eat too much - too much sugar, too many fats, too much cholesterol and unnecessary excessive amounts of salt. Many of us enter excessive amounts of calories or eat too often on a daily base. Such abundance contributed to epidemic phenomena of appierency of many diseases such as high blood pressure, stroke, arthritis, diabetes, obesity and unfortunately on appearance of many types of cancer. These diseases besides our genetic predisposition are also associated with our lifestyle, and especially with our nutrition. So, to achieve not just better health status, but complete outlook, it is essential to consume less of any processed food and include natural food that nature has provide for us.

A healthy menu should contain cereals such as barley, buckwheat, oats, wheat or corn. Of course, if you want to lose weight you should certainly pay attention to the amount of your meals. Generally, eating large portions is a reason of excess fat around the waist. Remember that our body needs fats and during any kind of diets, especially because of vitamins that can only be degradable in fats such as vitamins A, D, K, and E. It should be noted that there is not a single food that can make you magically lose weight. Exercise is necessary in any way, and results with achieving of your desired weight.
