As Inc.com says, over-analysis beyond a nuisance is something that can prevent you from reaching success. And you will see three basic signs in yourself.


1 # Relax your mental health: A research published in the Journal of Abnormal Psychology has shown that overcoming your mistakes and weaknesses can damage your mental health. And get into a vicious circle where things will get worse.

2 # You Do not Solve Problems: By over-oversizing everything, you are likely to get into "paralysis". Being, therefore, in a permanent phase of thinking and not taking action. And of course you do not solve your problems. Those who over-balance everything, even make for small decisions of everyday life. And even so, they do not make the best decisions.

3 # You lose your sleep: If you always think about everything, you can not sleep well in the evening. It is helpful to put the issues that concern you aside, and rest.
