The element that the self-made millionaires never have in their character

It is a fact that those who manage to get to the professional top and get a lot of money, do something different from the rest of the people. Personality plays an important role. But now we will not see the details that a millionaire's personality might have. We will see what it DOES NOT.

The author, Thomas Corley, made a 5-year study trying to study the lives, habits and characteristics of wealthy people. He found that self-made millionaires - especially those who have great confidence - are always optimistic. So the element that they never have in their character is pessimism. In fact, they "exclude" other pessimistic people from getting closer to them.

According to the same study, 9 out of 10 millionaires are trying to have around them people who have the same positive outlook. This is extremely important if we consider that habits and personality are "contagious". Just as a negative person can reduce mood in a room, an optimistic person can lift it.

And that's how it is. Do not forget the view that the famous business coach, Tim Ferriss, has quoted. "You're the average of the five people you're most connected to," says the coach.
As he explains, there is an "average law". This practically means that the result of any situation is the average of all the results it contains. That's the way it is with people. We can talk to a lot of people, but the 5 people we are more engaged with are the ones that influence our decisions and our way of thinking.
