Being confronted with rejection is tough. It is repeatedly even more difficult. However, sometimes these discharges may be useful to you. And all you have to do is to go downstairs.

This was the case with Steve Allan. Who today is Global CEO of MediaCom. Before he found his first job, he received 82 rejections. But he did not put it down. As he remembers, he could feel disappointed at that stage, but seeing the facts now, he explains that all of his difficulties have done good. And they taught him a great lesson: That in order to achieve success you must be unstoppable, try again and again, until you reach your great goal.

"I kept trying because I had a goal and I knew what I wanted to do," says CEO at CNBC.

The rejections he received not only did not stop him from working but he worked even harder. And success has come. Now, when they ask him what he needs to do to build a successful business or career in general, he is clear: You have to be unstoppable, as many difficulties as it may arise. And it lists 3 more business tips:

1 # If you have an idea, say it. Even in a meeting. Sometimes the smartest person in a room is not the most successful. Do not be afraid to open an idea.

2 # Say yes to new projects. Try to participate in projects that are innovative and take you out of your "comfort zone". So you will grow.

3 # Ask questions. Ask questions not only on your subject. But also questions that can give you insight into other fields and open up opportunities for you.
